What’s SUP Yoga?
Hawaiian in origin, SUP Yoga- or Stand-Up Paddleboard Yoga- is the integration of yoga practice on a stand-up paddleboard. We celebrate the practice in Kansas by paddling to a quiet spot on the lake, anchoring boards or Free-Floating, & practicing yoga with a variety of poses; ending with our hands dangling in the water for Savasana (resting pose).


Our Mission is to Guide Those Who Want to Take Their Yoga & Meditation Practice to the Water, Connect with Nature, & Attain “The Free State of Mind.”
