SUP & SUP Yoga 101
Located at Lone Star Lake. This 2 Hour SUP & SUP Yoga Workshop begins with SUP 101; an ashore lesson on paddle & yoga basics. A launch & open paddle followed by yoga before returning to shore. Students will enjoy paddling to a quiet spot on the lake, ‘Free Float’ or anchor boards, and beginning floating yoga with Pranayama (breath work). Every class is uniquely different with stretch, spinal balance, and a variety of yoga poses ending with hands dangling in the water in Savasana (resting pose), then open paddle to group & individual pictures before returning to shore. This workshop is for individuals new to SUP & SUP Yoga. ALL EQUIPMENT PROVIDED!

Advanced SUP Yoga Workshop
Located at Lone Star Lake. This 2-hour Advanced SUP Yoga Workshop is all about SUP Inversions & Balancing Postures. Warning: You will fall in, but you will learn your CENTER! Take time to learn Advanced SUP Yoga postures on a SUP. Students will enjoy paddling to a quiet spot on the lake, ‘Free Float’ or anchor boards, and beginning floating yoga with Pranayama (breath work). a variety of yoga poses ending with hands dangling in the water in Savasana (resting pose), then open paddle to group & individual pictures before returning to shore. This workshop is for individuals Ready to Advance their SUP Yoga Practice. ALL EQUIPMENT PROVIDED!
