Connect with Self & Nature with a Private SUP Yoga Class

Your own 2-Hour SUP Yoga Class begins with a short lesson on paddle basics followed by yoga then open paddle before returning to shore. Students will enjoy paddling to a quiet spot on the lake, anchoring their board, and beginning their floating yoga session with Pranayama (breath). Your class is created with unique variations of stretch, spinal balance, yoga poses ending with your hands dangling in the water in Savasana (resting pose). Modifications will be shared to accommodate ALL levels
