Students may present to yoga to release the tension in their shoulders. Shoulder pain can come from sitting hunched over a computer or phone for hours every day, often with poor posture. We usually feel the tightness and pain in our shoulders, but it is often coming from tightness around the chest area. This 10 Minute Yoga for Shoulder Pain is crafted to relieve the pesky tension and promote functional movement. Consult your doctor prior to participating.
