Within Yoga, it’s not the intensity of the practice that helps with our wellness, it’s the understand & adjusting your practice to the needs of your body. Adjusting a yoga practice with your Menstrual Cycle is how we honor the change of our bodies & gain a better understanding of how to better our health &/or prepare for Pregnancy. Hormones fluctuate throughout the four phases of your menstrual cycle. After all, it’s why you feel energized at some points of the month and exhausted at others.
