Yoga for Digestive Health

Within seconds, most of the blood from our internal organs is removed from the digestive system & into the major muscle groups. In return reducing the contractions of the internal organs and lessens the secretion of the fluids needed for Digestion. 

This is GREAT when you’re in immediate danger & need to flee, but our body doesn’t understand the difference between the proverbial tiger & stress from home or work. Watching a scary movie has the same impact on your Digestive System.
